Everything at Crispy House Filipino was cooked to order, and you could definitely taste the freshness! The lumpia was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The longaniza was sweet, juicy, and packed with flavor. And the sinigang was perfect—even on a hot day! The flavors were comforting and authentic, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Definitely a great spot for Filipino food in Artesia. I’ll be back to try more!

If you're looking for authentic Filipino food this is the place to go. I know they could've possibly went through a name changel?) but I've been coming to this location since I was a kid. Every time I'm too lazy to make my own filipino food I come here. Their decor is really cute too! The customer service is nice but not sure if it's the fear of asking questions or because all the workers remind me of my own Titas. Must try!

Been coming here for years. My rating is based solely on what one would expect from a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant. The food is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is spot on— nothing fancy at all, and the existence or quality of service depends on how busy they are.

Been coming here for over 10 years now, my family and I love this place. Best place to get sisig, pinakbet and Lechon.

Crispy House (formerly Magic Wok) – Artesia, CA I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it first opened in 1986 when it was still known as Magic Wok. As a Filipino, I grew up on my mom’s and Lola’s home cooking—so I don’t say this lightly: when I can’t have a homemade meal, this is where I go. Now called Crispy House under new ownership, I’m happy to say the flavors are still exactly the same. It’s the kind of place where every dish feels like it was made with care, tradition, and love. Their Crispy Pata is legendary—perfectly crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside—but honestly, everything on the menu is worth ordering. Some of my go-to favorites are: * Lumpia Shanghai – crispy, flavorful, and addictive * Pancit Canton – savory stir-fried noodles that hit all the right notes * Sinigang – that classic sour tamarind broth with melt-in-your-mouth meat and veggies * Lechon Kawali – golden, crispy pork belly that’s pure joy with every bite This spot has been a family favorite for nearly 40 years, and it’s still just as good as I remember. If you’re craving real, comforting, Filipino food that tastes like home—Crispy House is a must-visit.
